Rules & instructions regarding $1,000.00 credit on Allegiant Air Courtesy of the Quad City International Airport
QC Times/Allegiant/QC Int’l Airport “Cutest Kidz”
The Quad City International Airport is providing this $1,000.00 certificate as a prize to a winner of the
QC Times “Cutest Kidz” contest! The credit will be for up to $1,000 (maximum value, based on no more than 4 paid airfares) for an Allegiant flight to Orlando-Sanford, Florida —exclusively out of the Quad City International Airport. Rebate/credit will not be allowed for any other airport but the QCIA. The QCIA is not responsible for changes in Allegiant Air’s flight schedule or operations.
*Up to 4 family members may use $1,000 value in credit– however, credit will not exceed the actual airfare total spent. If total airfare is less than $1,000, the total airfare credit will be covered– but no carry over cash, credits, or any further airfare credit of any kind, will be due once the purchase has been made.
Example: You have 4 travelers, and the total came to $900. Only $900 of the airfare will be reimbursed, and the purchase is considered final with no carry over credit due, no cash balance due. Another example is there are only three travelers, and airfare was $800. Only $800 will be credited, and the purchase is considered final with no carry over credit due, no cash balance due.
Lastly– if the airfare for the number of travelers in your party (up to 4) exceeds $1,000.00, a second credit card is due immediately when it is time to make the airfare booking/purchase. Until a credit card # is received, the booking can’t be made, or confirmed.
The Airport Marketing Representative will assist you in making the booking over the phone or in person at the airport offices if the total amount is at, or less, than $1,000.00. But once again no carry over credits are due to the winner if the airfare is less than $1000 once the final purchase has been conducted. Some money is saved by booking through the Allegiant ticket counter. The Marketing Rep can describe this process for savings to you at any time. Additionally, name changes or any flight changes to the booking, once completed & confirmed, are 100% responsibility of the winner. The use of this certificate offer must be completed by June 30, 2013. That means you must have your travel BOOKED by June 30, 2013. Your travel date may be for a future time, as long as the ticket has been booked. The winner will receive free parking during their trip (up to two weeks,
maximum.)
