By submitting this form, you verify that you are 18 years of age.
This promotion is offered within a 150 mile radius of St. Louis, MO as outlined
by the Zip Codes below* and is void where prohibited by law and where state licensing
and/or registration requirements have not been met. No purchase necessary to enter
or redeem prize.
One (1) entry is earned when registering for this contest. By sharing this contest
you will earn 5 entries for each referral "friend" that registers – limit of 50
entries. Only one (1) registered account per entry. If multiple accounts are detected
for a single entry, they will be disabled and entry is disqualified.
Contest is open to all US residents 18 years of age or over within the Zip Codes
below*. Contest begins on February 10th, 2012 at 12:00 noon CST and ends December
30th, 2012 at 12:00 noon. CST; Drawing will be February 17th, 2012 at 12:00 pm
CST. Weekly drawing will be held each Friday for the duration of the contest,
beginning February 17th, 2012. Winner is guaranteed to be chosen by random drawing.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries for this contest.
Winner must meet requirements. Officers, employees and associates of Bommarito
Automotive Group, Lee Enterprises, St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Suburban Journals,
Ladue News, STLtoday, and/or Second Street Media are not eligible to claim the
prize. Winner will have the option of selecting a $100 QT Gas card or a $100 Del
Pietro’s St. Louis restaurant gift card. Prize is non-transferable; Winner will
be notified by phone and email. After verification of winners mailing address
and eligibility, the contest prize selected by the winner will be mailed via U.S.
mail. Winner has seven (7) days from notification to claim prize. If the winner
is unreachable or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate
winner will be selected. Name of prizewinner may be obtained by going to any of
the Bommarito Facebook pages or Bommarito.com Social Media page.
NO CASH OPTION is available. Winner assumes all responsibility for all local,
state and federal taxes and may be required to complete an IRS W-9 and sign an
affidavit before receipt of prize.
By entering the promotion, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the
sponsors and the promotional participants; each of their affiliates, parent companies,
subsidiaries; and their respective officers, directors, employees and members,
from and against any claim or cause of action arising in connection with each
entrant’s participation and/or entry in the promotion and/or their receipt or
use of any prize awarded in this promotion. Sponsors of this promotion and/or
their agents are not liable for loss, injury or damage of any kind resulting from
acceptance or use of this prize.
Winners agree to the use of their names, statements, and photos by the sponsor
